Michel Martineau, Vice-President

Mr. Martineau has been Vice-President of Finance and shareholder of the Group since 2017. He plays a key role in the company's strategy and growth plan through acquisitions.

Mr. Martineau is mainly involved in corporate financing, acquisition projects and oversees financial information for the entire Group. Since 1994, Michel has accumulated years of experience in finance, business valuation and mergers and acquisitions advice for SMEs.

He's acting as the main stakeholder for all Groupe Olivier's transactions. He is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Professional Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
